If you purchased a new instalment policy between 18 - 22 Aug 2025 and your first credit card debit was due 23 - 28 Aug 2025, your payment will instead be processed on or around 29 Aug 2025. This is a one-off delay, future debits will return to your regular schedule. No action is needed, but please ensure sufficient funds are available in your nominated account on the new date.
