Pay a missed instalment

You can pay your missed instalment through your Bingle Online Services account.

You won't see a 'Pay Now' button if the one-off payment window has closed or if multiple instalments are unpaid. To keep your payments up to date, please contact us.

Note: Manual payments are unavailable for five business days after a direct debit attempt. If your payment fails after this period, please update your payment details.

Will my policy be cancelled?
If your monthly instalment is overdue, we’ll notify you.

We may cancel your policy after giving at least 14 days’ notice, or without notice if a payment is more than one month overdue.

Keep your instalments in order

You can easily manage your regular payments online in just a few minutes. It’s quick, simple and can help keep payment issues from popping up unexpectedly.

All it takes is just four steps:

  1. Log in
  2. Select ‘Manage payments’
  3. Select the policy you want to update
  4. Make your change! You can: delay or change an upcoming debit date, update payment method or pay a missed instalment.*

*Your policy needs to be up to date with payments to make these changes online.

There won’t be a ‘Pay Now’ button available if you have missed the window to make a one-off payment online or if you have more than one unpaid instalment. To ensure your payments stay up to date on your policy, please contact us.
